How it works

Questions founders ask

Which couriers and aggregators does it work with?

It's built around aggregator exports like Shiprocket's freight invoice and COD remittance report, and works with similar CSVs from Delhivery and XpressBees. Columns are auto-detected from the headers. If your file uses different names, you can correct the mapping before the audit runs.

Do I need to upload both files?

No. Upload the freight invoice to catch weight, duplicate, RTO and unknown-AWB charges. Upload the COD remittance report to catch short-paid and never-remitted COD. Upload both to get the full picture.

How does it know a weight charge is wrong?

It works out the expected billable weight from your Shopify SKU weights plus packaging, including volumetric weight from box dimensions if you use them, rounds that up to 500 g slabs, and compares it with the slabs the courier billed.

Does it raise disputes with the courier for me?

No. It gives you the evidence: each finding with the order, the AWB and the ₹ at risk. You raise the dispute with your courier, then track each finding as open, disputed, recovered or dismissed.

How far back does it look?

It matches against your Shopify orders from the last 60 days.

What happens to my data?

Uploaded files aren't stored. No customer names, emails, phones or addresses are saved. Audit results are deleted automatically after 180 days. See the privacy policy.
